The challenge for HeyGoTo was to plan, design, and develop a new user experience for visitors of DreamLimousinesDetroit.com.
With a growing and dynamic fleet of vehicles Dream limousines needed to be able to add and remove vehicles as neeeded. They needed a new website design, a way to manage quote requests, and marketing efforts that would help them stay the #1 Limousine Rental Company in Detroit.

When browsing through limousine rental sites we found that many of the websites used very little imagery of the interior and exterior of the limousines.
To reduce having users go back and forth between the fleet page and limousine we included additional navigation menus allowing visitors to view limousines one by one in order or using the limousine scroller.
Dream Limousines was using a basic PHP form that sent quote requests to email, however if that email was lost or never seen there would be no record of it. Today they can manage all quote requests sent via different web forms on their website and view an archive of all quotes ever requested.
While the website did perform and respond to different screen resolutions we saw an opportunity to help the company simplify the ability to request a quote using their mobile phone. We went on to creating a unique mobile interface that would increase mobile conversions by 15%.
From prior studies we found that shortening quote forms are necessary to win over visitors on their mobile devices. So we trimmed the form to the absolute necessities the company needed in order to provide their visitor an accurate quote.
Another method to increase usability was creating a slider for vehicles in their particular category. Users can then slide between vehicles reading the featured information and decide to request a quote.
We took into account every facet of entry. It was important not to leave any opportunities missed. We created a landing page that had included a summary of the company, it’s fleet, and what it could do for the visitor.
We created several iterations of landing pages that summarized important company values, and notable awards. The landing page would introduce visitors to who Dream Limousines is and what they can do. We used the landing page as a portal to the website as well as a lead source.
Using our proprietary methods we were able to help rank Dream Limousines on the first page of Google for well over 15 different keyword terms. Their success has extended to local cities and counties.

With a new design, online marketing strategy, and a dedicated team Dream Limousines Detroit has generated well over 3,000 limousine requests, 20,000 Visitors, and an average of 8% conversion on desktop and 33% conversion on mobile.
