  • What is SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?
    SEO is all about helping you get the most out of your organic search results. Some of this involves modifying your own website to make it more search engine-friendly. Most of it, however, is done elsewhere in order to support and promote your website.
  • What are keywords and key phrases?
    Keywords are words people use when they are searching for a business, service, or product they need. As an example, a law firm would probably use keywords like “lawyer” or “attorney”. Keyword phrases are made up of multiple words. Examples of this might include “personal injury lawyer” or “corporate attorney”. People use keyword phrases when they’re looking for something more specific.
  • What is geo-targeting?
    Geo-targeting helps your website be found by potential clients in your area. Instead of wasting efforts on people who live too far away to use your services, you can focus on those in your neighborhood.
  • What is the purpose of an action page?
    An action site, also known as a micro or mini site, is a WordPress site that we’ll build for you. The reason it’s called an action site is because it contains a “call to action”. The call to action works to get people to visit your site, call your business, or make a submission via web form.
  • What’s the difference between an organic link and a sponsored link?
    An organic link is a link to your site that someone adds on their own, without being paid for it or asked to do it. They’re powerful (people are 87% more likely to click them), but you can’t always get them when you need them. Sponsored links are those that you pay for. You have a lot more control over sponsored links. We’ll help you find a tactic that’s right for you.

  • How long will it take to get my ad on the first page of Google?
    It can take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks. How long it actually takes depends on a number of factors such as your industry type, the amount of competition, and the location of your business. On average, it takes us 20 – 35 days to get a customer on the first page of Google.
  • What information do you need to create my action page?
    Not much. All we need is your website address, and for you to complete an advertiser interview and questionnaire. We use that information to create your content and to find out which keywords are best for your site.
  • Can I have more than one phone-tracking number?
    Yes! You can have as many numbers as you would like. We’ll get you started with one local number that includes 150 minutes per month. Additional numbers are available for $10.00 a month per line and .07 cents a minute, all billed in six-second increments.
  • How often will my ad appear on search engines?
    We use organic listings to get clients on the first page of Google search results, so you won’t have to worry about list rotation. Our continual efforts work to build page rank and increase credibility, keeping you on the first page and ranked above the competition.
  • How can I tell how many people have clicked on my ad?
    Yes. In-depth reporting integrated with Google Analytics will give you a detailed look at the ad’s effectiveness. You can get the reports on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • On which directories will I be listed?
    You will be listed on hundreds of important directories, including HotFrog, Yelp, Super Pages, YellowPages, and Merchant Circle.
  • How often will I receive call tracking reports?
    You can log into your call tracking account as often as you’d like to see your data in real-time. You can also listen to recordings of conversations with your client if you choose to record them.


  • How often will you submit a press release, blog, or Ezine article for my business?
    These services are provided on an on-going monthly basis. The key is to out-perform your competition. The only way to do that is to put forth a consistent and aggressive strategy, focused in all the right places.
  • Can I add or change content on my Action Page, directory listings, press releases or blogs?
    Making too many changes to your content can hurt your Google rankings. If you absolutely must change the content after we’ve published it, we will have to charge an additional production fee.
  • Do I get to approve my editorial content before it’s published to the web?
    Eventually. We’ll start by creating and uploading an action page. This will start the indexing and organic ranking process. During this time, we’ll send you a copy that you can review for accuracy. We’ll make any changes that you want.


  • Do I have to sign a contract to use your service?
    Yes! All we ask is that you sign a 6 month agreement to allow the natural process of organic search engine optimization to fully take place.  After the first 6 months you may cancel our services with a minimum of a 30-day notice, prior to your next billing.
  • Are there any set-up fees?
    Yes! There is a one time set-up fee for each package type. Please see our program details on the Local SEO Packages page.
  • When is my first payment due?
    Your first monthly payment is due once we’ve gotten you listed on the first page of Google, using one or more of your keywords.
  • Do you have regional or national packages?
    Yes, we offer local, statewide,  national, and time zone-specific packages.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
  • Who do I contact if I have a problem?

  • Can I cancel my service at any time?
    You can’t cancel until the completion of your first 6-month agreement. After that, you can cancel with a 30-day written or emailed notice.
